Role Overview

Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading the floor team to deliver a seamless, elegant shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• —Manage overall store operations, staffing and daily targets
• —Ensure excellent customer service across the floor
• —Coordinate inventory, merchandising and vendor visits
• —Report sales performance to management

Requirements

• —Prior experience in retail store management preferred
• —Strong leadership and people-management skills
• —Good communication in Malayalam and English
